ASEA Athletes: Kathy Jarvis

Hi, I am Kathy Jarvis and I have been a professional stuntwoman for the past sixteen years.  I am also a race car driver running late model cars out there with the big boys.

Everything I do I am up against the top guys in the country and to stay with them and to stay focused and to stay in those arenas I turn to ASEA. It balances me, its natural and it keeps me on my game so I can be competitive with all the guys out there.

I have had a lot of stress and tension in my upper kneck and head.  Driving these cars and wearing the helmets and the G-forces that we are putting on often give me stress.  I had a friend call me that has been working with me and working with my health and helping me stay balanced and asked me how I was doing and how my stress levels were and how my tension was doing.  I said you know what I don’t think I have had any in three and a half weeks.  He said are you racing? ASEA Athletes: Kristin Sunderhaft

I am Kristin Sunderhaft. I am an LPGA golf professional in Las Vegas.  I have been teaching and playing golf for over 15 years.

Through the years I have developed various athletics injuries.  I would call it “stiffage”.  I had also played quite a few other sports during my younger days.  A lot of softball, a lot of basketball even lacrosse.  So with those sports I have done a lot of damage to my body.

As a golf professional I am on my feet all day long. Teeing the ball up for my students.  It would take a toll on my body.  Typically the next morning I would wake up and be very, very stiff, or even that evening be very stiff.

Since I have been drinking ASEA I don’t have that stiffness anymore. I definitely feel as though now I am going to be able to teach golf forever. Golf is a game that you can play forever so I want to be able to teach it forever as well.

The other thing I have noticed with ASEA is I definitely have more energy throughout the day but also on the golf course.  Typically I would crash after nine holes.  I would take the sports pouch out with me and if I feel like I am starting to crash or I feel like I might be getting a little frustrated I will just take a couple of shots of the new sports pouch and I definitely have more energy and better focus.

ASEA Athletes: Terry Chiplin

My name is Terry Chiplin and I am currently from Estes Park in Colorado.  I run a business called Active at Altitude. Which is where I have people come and stay and train at 8,200 feet upwards to 14,000 feet here in Colorado.

I was first introduced to ASEA by a representative and I was initially skeptical about the performance claims.  I like to keep and open mind and decided to try the product.  Within a week I could feel a difference in my breathing, it was deeper and easier. ASEA Athletes: Cindy Lampee

I am Cindy Lampee and I am a stay at home mom.  I have been a runner for about eighteen years. Just recently I got into triathlons after running four marathons in just under two years.

After four weeks of being on ASEA I ran a 10k and I had a personal record and  I had a negative split. Which means that I ran the second half faster than the first half.  Which was something I had been trying to achieve for two years and had been unable to accomplish.CindyLampee1

The next race was two weeks later and it was a 10 mile race. I also set a personal record and I knocked 14 minutes off a previous 10 mile race that I had just run 3 months earlier.

I run with a group and I have noticed that during my runs after two or three miles of warming up that I am getting faster and I feel stronger and I end up running ahead of the group and I finish before the group.

My recovery time is quicker.  Recovery, for a busy mom is very important because I can’t rest after a long run. I have children to take care of and I have to keep going.  As an athlete it is important because you have your runs and your trainings the next day, your bike rides are slim.  It just makes you stronger for the next workout.

I can not imagine training without ASEA.  I take it before every training run and before every race I have ASEA with me and I will drink 4 to 6 ounces about 20  minutes before the race.

I will never run without ASEA again!

ASEA Athletes: Jonathan Hollar

My name is Jonathan Hollar.  I am from Orlando Florida. I am an endurance Athlete.

An Olympic Duathalon is usually 6.2 mile run, a 25 mile bike ride and 3.1 mile run.  I before was doing that in around  two hours and forty minutes, now with ASEA I have done that in 2:08.

I am able now to bike faster than ever. I have made up 10-15 minutes on the bike. If I am going to run I am now down to 5:35 pace in the miles.  It is just unbelievable.

My last experience in triathlon  last season I did 8-10 triathlons over the whole season.  That is all I have ever done in my life.  92 to 93% of my max heart rate is all I had in me in a triathlon.  Now I am noticing in training I am coming home my heart rate monitor is telling me that 101% was reached, 106% sometimes!JonathanHollar

In a race now I bring my heart rate up to 98% and I hold it the whole race. I can hold that for 3-4 hours now!

A few weeks into taking ASEA I noticed that I would do a workout and usually I would be done.  Now I am doing workout and I am getting back my legs at 10pm and doing a workout instead of going to sleep.

I am actually recovering a lot faster. I am working out two maybe even three times a day, six days a week.  My Performance is through the roof.  I am able to train harder, longer and faster because of ASEA.

ASEA Athletes: Josh Horowitz

My name is Josh Horowitz I am the director of the Adageo Energy pro cycling team I am also a racer on the team and I am a coach.

Bike racing is a tough sport. Sometimes you train 25, 30, even 35 hours a week. Races can last two, three, four days even a week.  If you can come back stronger each day instead of getting more and more fatigued it is going to be a big part of your ability to succeed in the sport.  ASEA has become a big part of that for me. I have found that I can train back to back days and do races multiple days in a row and still feel strong and even actually feel stronger from day to day.

I take my training very seriously. It is all very calculated, it is all very scheduled down to the minute.  I notice with the ASEA, using my power meter which gives me a very objective quantification of how strong I am riding, I have noticed when I am on ASEA I can sustain my power outputs for much longer periods of time.  I can do more intervals in a row without having to rest.  When it comes to race day that’s really a lot of the success is due to the ability to maintain a strong power output all the way through the end of the race.  At the end of the day when you cross the finish line that you have a little bit more left in the tank then the rest of the riders, that can be the difference between a top placing and a pack finish.JoshHorowitz2

I use ASEA in my preparation  for the Philadelphia international championships.  Which was a big objective for me for my entire cycling career. I used it pretty regularly for about a month leading up to the race.  I did some heavy training, and my training was the best training I think I have ever had in my 23 year cycling career.

It was the longest race I have ever done 156 miles.  I felt better as each lap went by.  I noticed the other riders starting to fatigue I noticed the other riders were dropping out.  When I got off the bike at the end I felt pretty much fresh and it was a pretty incredible feeling.

ASEA Athletes: Sinjin Smith

My name is Sinjin Smith I am a Beach Volleyball World Champion and Olympian and commentator now.  I run camps and clinics for kids up and down the California coast and all over the country.  I really have not been able to get away from the sport of beach volleyball.

BeachSinjin Smith3 volleyball you know is a very difficult sport. You are out here trying to move around in the sand, which is not very forgiving. Well it is to some degree because if you fall your not going to get hurt but trying to go anywhere is very difficult trying to jump is very difficult.  You are covering a large course, a course that six people would cover indoors.  The sport of beach volleyball can be a very very difficult sport.

I have been searching my whole career, 25 years, for a product that would help me perform. That was obviously legal as well because I was playing internationally and I have played in the Olympic games.  This was something that I was very skeptical about. So I said ok I want to try this and see how it affects me. If they tests they have already done are so successful what would happen if I tested on myself?  Even though I am not the athlete that I was 10, 15, 20 years ago.  Still I know what it is like when I push myself today and how it feels.

So I ran the stairs up in the canyon. I know I can do a certain number of times and I know the way I feel afterwards. So I did it, then I ran a few more. I felt Sinjin Smith pretty good. So I said ok, if I feel that good I am going to push myself even  harder and see how things go. I ran a few more sets and I come down and normally my legs are shaking and they weren’t shaking.  I thought well that’s odd, I will just wait until tomorrow because the next day I can barely walk, normally when I do that kind of a workout.

The next day I felt pretty good. I wasn’t limping around when I walked, I was feeling pretty darn good.  That’s when I knew this product is very special.  The claims they have been making and the tests they have doing were real!

ASEA Athletes: Alli Bills

My name is Alli Bills, I am a Division I women’s basketball coach.  I have played college basketball and professionally and I have been coaching for twelve years.

When I was introduced to ASEA I was very impressed with the three components of endurance, recovery and repair.  As well as the visible results we saw through the VO2max testing. VO2max testing has allowed us to see something we haven’t seen in other products.  Because of that it is going to change the athletic playing field in College, Olympic and Professional Athletics.

ASEA Athletes: Bob Brown

I’m Bob Brown. I am a professional stuntman. I am a member of Brand X Action Specialists.

To be a stuntman today is really technically challenging and physically challenging. Your just like a professional baseball player, football player. You might be working weeks on end on a picture. You might be doubling Tom Cruise or somebody who is doing a really hard core action movie or Arnold Schwarzenegger or somebody like that.  Well their stunt doubles are doing the stunts are stepping in when you have to get hit by a car or jump off a building or dive through a window.

So to survive a movie that may take up six to eight months of your life you have got to figure out a way to stay healthy. Your body just overall takes a beating. To sustain recovery for extended weeks and months, ASEA has changed it.  I really feel that I get up the next day and I am ready to go, my energy is back.

It didn’t like “boom” hit me all at once, right. But once I started feeling it I starting saying “hey” I am doing this extra run at the end of my run.  I am adding on to it. I am at the Gym, I am ready to stay there. I could stay there for half the day.

I finish up my work out two weeks ago, I finished up a workout where I should be dead. I got done with the workout I had my kid show up who plays basketball, and played basketball for two and half hours. I don’t know if I could have done that a month prior to that.

ASEA Athletes: Antony Galvan

My name is Antony Galvan I am the current California masters state criterium champion.

There is a really big race that happens every year at Manhattan Beach Grand Prix. I have won it the last three years in a row.  This year I was going after number four. I was very pumped for it. About three weeks prior I was doing a race on the other side of the country and had a horrible crash.  It put me in bed, I got a bad infection, I was on antibiotics, I couldn’t do anything.

The last week of those three weeks of doing nothing a friend turned me onto ASEA.  I started taking it twice a day.  That was the only thing I did, I didn’t ride my bike…Nothing! I came out and I won for the fourth year in a row. The biggest race of the year.

One of the things that makes criterium racing unique in cycling is that it demands that you be able to put out an extremely hard anaerobic effort, then recover almost immediately! Then do it again and do it again and again.  Its not like a marathon where you just go go go endurance.

AntonyGalvanThat’s the first kind of fitness that you loose when you take time off.  It’s the one that you really have to work hard to maintain constantly staying on top of it.  So to sit on my back, to lay on my back for three weeks not doing anything. Days are ticking off, I’m seeing there is a counter there is my race.  I missed two weekends of racing being back here that would have used as my prep. Everything is going out the window and I am just like “I am not going to be able to pull this off”  Then to come within three days before the race I got on my bike. I got on my bike three days!  The only thing I had done for a week prior was take ASEA.  That was my training.

I couldn’t have found it at a better time, I am five week out from nationals and I am going to Portugal for Worlds.  There is some big stuff coming up and this is absolutely going to be part of my protocol.

It’s like the blind test, I did nothing except take that and I won. So imagine when I start doing something and taking that.  I am very excited for the races to come.

ASEA Athletes: Tim Leary

My name is Tim Leary, I grew up here in Santa Monica, California, Played pro baseball for 15 years, 13 years in the Major Leagues as a Right Hand Pitcher. Mostly as a starting pitcher. Won a World Series with the Dodgers in 1998.

Sinjin Smith talked to me about ASEA.  I started using it, usually about twice per day. Early on I noticed when I went to work out at the YMCA and I rode the bike for a little longer than normal. I was feeling great, training harder than  I had been.  I wasn’t thinking about ASEA at the time, but when I came home I was like, well it could be.

ASEA Athletes: Callix Crabbe

My name is Callix Crabb. I am 27 years old. I am originally from the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Island of St. Thomas.  I have been a professional baseball player for nine years now.

I am a huge believer in natural supplements. I believe that you only have one body and should take care of it the best way that you can.
